Refund policy

You can e-mail us at info@moonjewels.co  if you have any queries on our returns and exchange policy.

All our pieces are handcrafted with love and undergo a quality control check before they are dispatched. If there's something wrong with the product upon delivery, please email us within 24 hours to request for a replacement.  While we don’t cover customer negligence, we’d love to see what we can do if there is a manufacturing defect.

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on www.moonjewels.co. All purchases are final.

All our International orders are non-refundable.
